By National Information Communication Technologies Strategy This dictionary system includes Azeri-English, English-Azeri, Russian-Azeri dictionaries, and Schoolchildren Dictionaries. The dictionary consists of over 200,000 words and expressions. The Polyglot electronic dictionary system also has games to facilitate the learning of foreign languages. The system’s software fully supports and is based on the new UniCode standards of Azeri alphabet. The system has trilingual (Azeri, Russian and English) user interface. Made in Azerbaijan.
